Participants were encouraged to adopt simple and consistent wellness routines in their daily lives to improve clarity of thought, reduce stress, and build resilience.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1386\">The J&amp;K Judicial Academy expressed appreciation to the Isha Foundation for its collaboration and expert support in conducting the session.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1388\" data-end=\"1614\">The event saw active participation and was well received by attendees. The Academy also acknowledged the support of Haq Nawaz Zargar, Principal District and Sessions Judge Srinagar, for logistical arrangements and cooperation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1779\">The Academy reiterated its commitment to organising similar initiatives aimed at promoting health, well-being, and holistic development within the judicial system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"2031\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The programme concluded with a vote of thanks presented by Tabasum, Chief Judicial Magistrate Srinagar, who expressed gratitude to the Judicial Academy, the Isha Foundation, and all participants for their cooperation in making the session successful.
