Anti-Encroachment Drive Launched to Restore 10-Km Wohun Canal Stretch in Anantnag, Authorities Begin Demolition of Illegal Structures
ANANTNAG, Apr 11 : The Irrigation Department on Saturday launched a large-scale demolition and anti-encroachment drive along a 10-km stretch of the historic Wohun canal, from Ganeshpora to Seer Hamdan in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, officials said. The drive, aimed at restoring the natural flow and utility of the canal, is being carried out with
