J&K High Court Quashes PSA Detention of MLA Mehraj Malik
SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has quashed the Public Safety Act (PSA) detention of Mehraj Malik, providing major relief to the Aam Aadmi Party legislator who had been in preventive custody since September last year, sources said. Advocates representing Mehraj Malik said the court set aside the detention order after hearing a habeas
