JAMMU, Apr 17: The Government has appointed 20 officers as Executive Magistrates in Reasi district under Section 14(1) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
As per an official order, the appointed officers will exercise all powers of Executive Magistrates within their respective territorial jurisdictions in the district.
The decision has been taken to strengthen administrative functioning and improve law and order arrangements in Reasi district. (Agency)
