JAMMU, Apr 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has extended the deadline for filing appeals before the GST Appellate Tribunal, aiming to ease the process for taxpayers.
According to a notification issued by the Finance Department, taxpayers who received appealable orders before April 1, 2026, can now submit their appeals up to June 30, 2026.
For orders issued on or after April 1, 2026, a standard time limit of three months will apply from the date of receipt of the order for filing appeals. (Agency)
