JAMMU, Apr 18: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has directed all departments to ensure that only official government domain email IDs are used in bank records linked to government accounts, in a move aimed at preventing fraud and financial irregularities.
The directive has been issued to strengthen financial security, improve transparency, and curb the misuse of unofficial email IDs in official banking operations.
All departments have been instructed to update and verify their bank account details accordingly to ensure compliance with the new guidelines. (Agency)
